The Additional Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice at any time, so you should review the Additional Terms and Conditions each time you use the Services. Event Hosts are solely responsible for all interactions and agreements with third parties using the Services, for arranging for payment and the exchange of the goods or services purchased if applicable, and for the results and performance of any Transaction or relationship entered into through the Services. Attendees will need to contact the organizer regarding refunds. WayPoint as an event registration and ticketing platform does not control how the event is run on the ground, or offer refunds on the event organizer's behalf.

Note: Some event organizers may have a no-refund policy as part of their Terms of Service. You can often find the 'Email Organizer' on the event page where you purchased your tickets.
